Terms of service

By accessing or using Osoto, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Osoto is a trip planning application that provides an AI-powered workspace for organizing travel. Features include collaborative documents, AI chat assistance, itinerary management, map annotations, and messaging integrations (WhatsApp, Telegram, email). The service is provided as-is and may change over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Osoto. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

When you add other people to a trip by phone number or email, you represent that you have their consent to share their contact information with us for the purpose of trip collaboration.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights

You retain ownership of the content you create on Osoto, including trip documents, messages, and itineraries. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

AI-generated suggestions (itinerary ideas, travel tips, document edits) are provided as-is. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it, including travel logistics, reservations, and safety information.

Osoto integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar, Gmail, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective terms of those services. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Osoto is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osoto and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or travel disruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
